The UAE has seen significant growth in IPO activity in the last few years.
In 2022, UAE was ranked 3rd globally in terms of IPO proceeds raised. The country’s three stock exchanges cater to issuers’ different needs. In this publication, we highlight the main differences and similarities in the requirements of these exchanges, and we will also discuss the UAE IPO regime and process.
