Kabir is a seasoned consulting professional with over 14 years of experience in complex transformations and business consulting. He has worked with clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, helping them with engagements spanning strategy & execution, organisation-wide transformations, and functional excellence.

Kabir excels in complex, multi-advisor situations and has a wealth of expertise in designing operating models and transformations which combine technology, process excellence and people change, delivered at pace. He has a track record of successful engagements across industries, and has most recently supported clients on the cost and efficiency agendas, working for some of the largest organisations in the GCC. While he works across industries, he has particular depth in a number of sectors, including public sector, defence/security, family businesses, construction and professional services.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton UAE, he worked for a Big 4 firm leading their Operational Restructuring agenda, and prior to that, he worked for Grant Thornton UK in their Business Consulting team, focusing on finance & back-office excellence and complex programs.
