Komil is a Director with over sixteen years of experience in Business Consulting. He has led several engagements in developing corporate strategy, expansion strategy, restructuring strategy, and transformation strategy, among others. He has extensive experience in assisting shareholders and management in defining the company’s vision, mission, strategic objectives, KPIs, and financial modelling to chart the future path of the company.

Komil has led numerous engagements in developing business plans and feasibility studies for companies from various sectors aiming to expand into new industries or implement new projects funded by investors (both equity investors and financial institutions).

Notably, he led a feasibility study resulting in securing a loan of US$300 million and later private sector investments of US$2 billion. In addition, Komil has led many engagements in market research and competitive studies, covering a wide range of industries including sea transportation and logistics, real estate, manufacturing, sanitaryware, hospitality, retail trade, financial services, car rental, aviation, healthcare, food distribution, services sector, and others. He has also spearheaded the development of business plans to transform and grow many companies.

Komil assisted many companies with their initiatives to enhance Corporate Governance, develop frameworks to define decisions reserved for shareholders, Boards and Executive Management Teams. He designed robust delegation of authorities, Board compensation and reward packages, Board evaluation frameworks, Corporate Governance models, Board Committee Charters and other elements for the effective operation of Corporate Governance.

Komil led many engagements related to IPO readiness and preparation. He designed IPO roadmaps and assisted companies to gain listing in the London Stock Exchange, Hong-Kong-Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange. He is helping currently UAE companies to gain listing in the regional stock exchanges.
