Service Fees and Fines for VAT and Excise Tax Violations
08 Oct 2017In yet another step closer to VAT becoming a reality, on 2 October 2017, the UAE Council of Ministers have announced the fees for services provided by the FTA as well as penalties for the violations of the country’s tax laws.
These are contained in the Cabinet Decision No. (39) of 2017 on Fees for Services Provided by the Federal Tax Authority and Cabinet Decision No. (40) of 2017 on Administrative Penalties for Violations of Tax Laws in the UAE. To read further download the alert here.
