He brings over 25 years of global experience in M&A, financial services, technology, and real estate. He has led cross-border transactions and strategic advisory mandates for sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and private family offices, delivering over $10 billion in transaction value across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Before joining us, Sameer held senior leadership roles at two of the Big 4 firms, where he built and led award-winning practices in financial services, advisory, and M&A. He also brings entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Innovura Partners and FalconVest Partners, where he advised fintech and real estate ventures.

His career started with a Big 4 company in London, and he was one of the youngest to be admitted to their equity partnership.

Sameer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. He has also completed executive leadership programs at Harvard University.
