Raja brings over 12 years of diversified experience in delivering audit and non‑audit services across a wide range of industries. He has extensive expertise in conducting IFRS audits as well as audits performed under PCAOB standards.
He has worked with a broad portfolio of clients, including NASDAQ and NYSE listed entities and prominent family business groups in the UAE.
Raja also has deep experience in auditing and reviewing financial information for complex group structures, including mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations. Beyond his technical audit background, he is actively involved in coaching, facilitating workshops, and delivering training sessions within the firms he has been part of.
