Radhika brings more than 12 years of experience in corporate tax advisory, cross-border tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction execution. Her expertise includes international tax, restructuring, tax treaty assessments, and end-to-end engagement execution, with significant experience across the India, UAE, Japan, and Europe corridors.
Before joining us, Radhika was a Director in Deloitte India’s Tax practice, where she led several complex engagements. Prior to Deloitte, she held senior tax leadership roles at KPMG India and received multiple awards for professional excellence.
Radhika is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has completed the UAE Tax and Regulation Certification from ACCA. She is currently pursuing the UAE Corporate Tax Diploma at the PwC Academy and is an active member of both the ICAI Dubai Chapter and the UAE Taxation Society.
