Neha is a highly motivated and result oriented professional who has over 15 years of experience in Advisory and Corporate Finance. Given her extensive work experience in a mature market, complemented with vast work experience in the Middle East, she brings a wide angled view to each engagement.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton UAE, Neha worked in the corporate finance team of BDO Canada LLP for four years, where she led valuation, purchase price allocation and impairment testing engagements, provided litigation support and engaged in other corporate finance activities. Neha’s experience is sector agnostic with primary focus being on financial services, F&B and real estate. Prior to that, she worked in the financial advisory department of Protiviti Kuwait, where she developed expertise in equity valuation, feasibility studies, option valuation and other M&A related engagements.

In addition, Neha is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuers, a CFA Charter-holder and a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA.
