Melissa brings over 18 years of internal audit and risk management experience across the hospitality and financial services sectors, as well as large family-owned conglomerates and organisations in the UAE. She specialises in enterprise risk management, governance, and strategic risk advisory, supporting boards and executive management in aligning risk frameworks with corporate strategy and decision-making.
Melissa has led complex engagements spanning across strategic, operational, financial, IT, and compliance risks, with a strong focus on technology-enabled risk analytics and reporting.
