Karim is a Director with twelve years of professional audit experience in the MENA region. He possesses extensive expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and US GAAP. His industry experience spans a wide range, including professional services, conventional insurance, non-profit organizations, private equity, and listed entities primarily in real estate, construction, leisure, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, media, and entertainment, as well as governmental entities.
He also has extensive knowledge in auditing and reviewing financial information of groups of companies, involving mergers and consolidations. In addition to his audit experience, Karim has experience in coaching, facilitating workshops, and conducting training sessions within the firms he has worked with.
