Ignasi is an experienced Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance and M&A in Europe, the US and the Middle East. He demonstrates notable expertise in Mandarin, alongside his proficiency in French, Spanish, English, and Catalan.

He has expertise in various industries including retail, industrial, education, technology, and healthcare. Ignasi has participated in key transactions such as the acquisition of a major agricultural player by a private equity client and the vertical integration of a niche segment of healthcare market. He has been involved in more than 30 global transactions, helping financial and corporate companies navigate M&A complexities.

Ignasi is currently part of the Financial Due Diligence team in Grant Thornton's financial advisory group, based in Abu Dhabi. He makes significant contributions to the China Desk initiative, leveraging his Mandarin-speaking capabilities to facilitate cross-border transactions.
