Anna is as a Tax Director specialising in Transfer Pricing at Grant Thornton UAE’s Tax advisory team.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton UAE Anna acquired over 15 years of experience in International Tax and Transfer Pricing at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine and for the past year in the UAE.

She has handled a portfolio of large multinational and UAE businesses operating in various sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, IT, oil and gas, agricultural, metals, transportation and logistics etc.

Upon a variety of complex projects Anna was engaged in providing services on TP impact assessments, value chain analysis, setting up TP policies, implementation of efficient business models upon planning and restructuring, dealing with TP compliance, Local and Master Files, TP disclosure forms, Country-by-Country notifications, feasibility and benefit test analysis, developing APA strategies, and supporting clients’ position within TP audits.

Anna also has vast experience and knowledge in setting up and further development of TP legislation in Ukraine based on OECD and worldwide best practices, cooperating with the representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Tax Authorities, and the World Bank.

In addition to providing tax advisory services, Anna is a frequent speaker at business events and a contributor of publications to periodicals.
