Veronica brings over 18 years of HR leadership experience with expertise in organizational growth, building high-performing cultures, and leading complex transformation programs across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
She has held senior HR roles at global organizations including Big 4 firms, where she led regional and cross-border HR strategies, talent development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and large-scale organizational design projects. She is passionate about aligning people strategies with business priorities and for fostering innovation, engagement, and change within organizations.
Veronica holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Monash University. She is a CIPD-certified HR professional and a certified Leadership Performance Coach through the Neuro Leadership Group.
