With over 12 years of professional experience managing complex external audits, often involving large and diverse engagement teams, Talha has extensive exposure to cross‑border assignments and multinational clients, with a strong track record across multiple sectors including oil and gas, manufacturing, and financial services sector; covering insurance, investment funds, and asset management entities.
He has significant experience with regulated audits under PCAOB, CBUAE, and DFSA frameworks, contributing to high‑quality audit delivery in highly regulated environments.
In addition to his client work, Talha plays an active role in firm‑wide learning and development initiatives, delivering trainings on insurance, audit best practices, and ICFR audit methodologies.
Talha is currently managing Global Statutory Audits for the UAE office and has collaborated with teams across the United States, UK, Ireland, Australia, Cayman and the Middle East, bringing a global perspective to his audit leadership.
