Rajeev brings over 20 years of financial advisory experience, including more than 15 years in the Middle East. His career spans M&A, due diligence, capital markets, restructuring, and performance improvement, with a strong industry focus in financial services and real estate.
Before joining us, Rajeev was a Partner operating in the Middle East at a Big 4 firm, where he played a key role in co-founding and scaling the firm’s Financial Advisory business in the region. He led high-impact deals including the SNB and Alawwal-SABB bank mergers in Saudi Arabia, the FAB and ADCB mergers in Abu Dhabi and Emirates NBD’s transformational acquisition of DenizBank in Turkey, in addition to delivering many of DP World’s M&A transactions.
Additionally, he has worked on the restructuring of Nakheel and Limitless as part of the Dubai World restructuring. His track record includes 300+ transactions across the Middle East, UK, Europe, US, Africa, and Asia.
Rajeev holds a BSc in Economics & Statistics from University College London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
