Nishant brings over 15 years of audit and assurance experience, including more than 14 years with Big 4 firms across the UAE and India. His experience spans statutory audits, group reporting, IPO engagements, financial due diligence, and advisory assignments for both listed and multinational companies across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, media, services, real estate, technology, and power generation.
Before joining us, Nishant was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Middle East. Earlier in his career, he held several roles at EY’s member firm S.R. Batliboi & Affiliates and Nexia member firm Chaturvedi & Shah in India, where he led complex audit engagements, IPO deliverables, and investigations relating to financial reporting matters.
Nishant is a Chartered Accountant, qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
