Isabel brings over 19 years of international tax experience advising executive teams across the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America. Her expertise spans corporate tax strategy, cross-border structuring, tax transformation, and OECD-aligned governance frameworks, supporting multinational groups across sectors including energy, banking, aviation, real estate, and family businesses.
Isabel has held several senior leadership roles across the professional services industry, most notably her role as Group Head of Tax at Wusoom Group and her previous role as Tax Director at Grant Thornton UAE. Isabel has extensive experience leading the implementation of UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing frameworks and advising executive leadership on complex tax strategy and structuring matters. Her career also includes several years at PwC Middle East, as well as earlier roles with EY and KPMG.
Isabel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and has completed several advanced tax qualifications, including International Taxation from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.
