He brings over 25 years of experience across the Middle East, Canada and Lebanon. He has spent the majority of his career with Ernst & Young, most recently as Assurance Partner in Abu Dhabi, where he led high-profile audit engagements across multiple services, retail, education, government and family businesses.
Hani has built and led large audit engagements and worked closely with regulators, boards and audit committees. His expertise spans external audits, internal controls, IFRS conversions, and digital audit innovation through data analytics and automation.
Hani holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), licensed auditor in the UAE and Abu Dhabi Global Markets, and a member of the Emirates Association of Auditors and Accountants. He also holds a Certificate in IPSAS (ACCA) and has been a lead instructor for CPA and CMA review programs in the region.
