Anju brings over 12 years of experience in audit, accounting, and financial reporting across a diverse portfolio of industries. She specializes in leading IFRS and PCAOB audits for large and mid‑sized clients, delivering high‑quality assurance and insights. Before joining Grant Thornton UAE, Anju was part of Grant Thornton India, where she worked extensively with both private and public sector clients.
In addition, Anju is a certified coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and actively contributes to coaching, learning, and development initiatives within the firm.
She also serves as the audit software lead for the UAE region, supporting the firm’s digital enablement and audit quality initiatives.
