Tatiana is an Associate Director in the Corporate Tax Advisory Team, leading projects related to UAE Corporate Tax impact assessment and implementation. Her current portfolio consists of clients from various industries including construction, FMCG, financial sector, retail, oil and gas, and others.

Tatiana has 10 years of experience in providing tax advisory and tax compliance services, including assessing complex transactions such as capital markets transactions including the issue of Eurobonds, IPOs, and M&A, developing internal tax methodologies, aligning tax accounting with the changes in IFRS standards and introducing automatisation for the calculation of the corporate tax base, tax restructuring.

She has previously held the position of the head of the international tax department of an international leasing Group, where she led the tax planning, compliance and restructuring of EU-based entities of the Group.
