Eslam has more than 18 years of combined experience in audit, accounting and related matters. He has significant experience in audit including IFRS audit, audits under the PCAOB standards and AICPA standards, Accounting, IFRS advisory. He has led the audit team for the first SPAC transaction in the middle east and has assisted in auditing and review of filling documents with NYSE.

He worked with a number of a prestigious names in the market like Swvl Inc, Arabtech Holding, Marriot Hotels, Accor Hotel Management, Rotana Hotel Management, Consolidated Contractors Company, PICKL DMCC, Abu Dhabi Media and medium size family businesses and enterprises.

In addition to the audit experience, Eslam has a considerable experience in coaching, facilitating, learning and developing activities nationally and internationally in MENA region within the firms he worked with.

Eslam has been with Grant Thornton since 2016. prior to joining GT, Eslam worked with EY Kuwait, EY Dubai and EY Abu Dhabi. Eslam is a Certified Public Accountant from California Board of Accountancy.
