Mohamed has over 13 years of experience as a tax practitioner with Big 4. A one and half of these years were spent practicing Deals Tax in the UK and the rest in Egypt. In the past 9 years, he focused his effort on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and international tax consulting.
Through this diversified experience in Egypt and the in UK, Mohamed has gained extensive experience in a wide range of different M&A projects in various industries including real estate, oil and gas, health care, financial services, micro-finance, F&B, fintech and manufacturing.
Through his tax compliance experience, Mohamed has helped multinational companies to prepare their corporation tax returns and has presented such multinational companies before the Egyptian tax authorities where he managed to make significant tax savings.
