Avik has carried out ERP pre / post implementation exercises in the GCC including gap analysis, process mapping business case development, and design target operating model. He has managed several engagements in evaluation and selection of system integrator for IT transformation projects. Avik has also extensive experience in helping organisations define IT governance frameworks to align IT investments with business goals, and utilise PMBOK, ITIL, COBIT and CMMI industry best practices to establish Governance and PMO processes.
