Darren brings with him a strong sense of service delivery and history of project management excellence built over 20 years of professional experience within assurance in the UAE, Kuwait and the UK and while previously working for Deloitte and EY.

During his professional career, Darren has serviced a diverse portfolio of clients across a variety of industries from oil and gas and financial services, to serving small owner managed businesses, through to complex global groups.

He has worked with a number of financial services institutions, particularly during the time that he spent in Kuwait, where he led the audit of a number of local banks and investment companies.

Darren is currently leading the audits of all financial services regulated clients of the firm registered at the Dubai International Financial Centre where he is authorised as an Audit Principal.

He has extensive experience of IFRS and has also worked on SEC listed clients where he has experience with SOX 404 reporting requirements.

During his career Darren has also been involved in a number of financial due diligence exercises for MBOs, raising of debt facilities and has led a variety of special assignments.
